hold F to fire the assault rifle and G to fire grenades.

Rifle:open the clip, put the bullets in and drag the red square in between the two red squares at the top and hold R until the black square in the body of the gun turns red.
Grenades:drag the front end of the launcher down, pull the old cartrige out and put the new one in, simple as that.

P.S. The genade launcher isn't that powerful
