up and down arrows adjust elevation, enter fires(but i'm slacking today, so i didn't made a better mechanism:s )

i've added some pseudo-cardboard targets(to show that pointblank isn't the best option when it comes to kinetic rocket motors), which you can remove by using the drag tool.

strictly speaking this has ofcourse been done before both in real life and on phun rockets, but I've never seen it used on "simple bullets before.

So its new:D
