wow that was quick... i just commented saying i couldnt wait for the next scene and then here it is!

yes it lags, even on my computer which is a very fast computer
it looks like you messed up and put up and down as the button to make the rope go down (has to be fixed otherwise the crane doesnt really do anything)

besides that, remember you can use fixates to make two things stick together; not just hinges

suggestions:
make it mobile
ajustable boom (up and down)
cabin should be smaller

have phun making newer models of it! :tup:
