Interesting! I've been trying to create a atommodel complete with protons, electrons and neutrons. This might come handy.

Actually, positive electrical charges do exist, in protons (note that I mean protons, not positrons, the anti-matter counterparts of electrons which also have positive electrical charge.) If there were no such thing as a positive electrical charge then electrons would not be part of an atom for there would be no force to hold them near the nucleus. (Though in this context "near" is a relative term. )
