press up and down to change angle
it goes in steps of 7.5 degrees...

can be used to change the timing in engines

with some adjustements (walls of scripting), you can make it angle controlled... (or just some calculations...)
so you give it an angle, and it goes to that angle.
can be done, already with something simple, but thats not optimized for the zero point
