here is my video projector Ive been working on for a while, trying to get a decent picture.
Ive changed the design MANY times, and this is the first successful one Ive made.
there are a few issues that i haven't been able to work out, like...
the tracking goes off at random.
the film sometimes gets stuck.
the video is always doubled on the "screen"
if you need to change the tracking, or just want to see if you can find a batter tracking, than just find the motor on the shutter wheel and very carefully change the motor speed.
that's about all i have to say.

just make a laser that reads it saves it as a variable then shines on a big screen and it will be a projector
