A strange phenomenon, happening when a group of circles are stacked and hinged together. They seem to defy some laws of physics. For example they are almost impossible to tilt.

Well, actualy, I thought about it, and realized, it's not a gyroscope but is like one. If you seperate the circles before you start, it will stay tilted the whole time. Still very cool:D.
