Try flipping the value in options for Incompressable Fluids. Make it the opposite of what it is now. I have found that on some processors.

yea mine too
The one fix is i lowered the gravity strengthed... if you are going to ask how to do this than go into options/simulation/gravity strength... it worked for me so i duno if itll work for u...<_<
