this base is not positional, it works by getting a number's prime factors and putting them together into a string to represent it.
you can use any order you like (for example, 12 in prime numerals can be 322 or 232 or 223), but the preferred order is largest to smallest because it feels right for me for some reason, idk
rules:
the digit 1 cannot be used in any number other than the number 1
the digit 0 cannot be used in any number other than the number 0
prefixes for names:
2 = Do- (e.g. 22 is Dotwo in prime numerals)
3 = Ter- (e.g. 322 is Terdotwo in prime numerals)
5 = Qi- (e.g. 532 is Qitertwo in prime numerals)
7 = Se- (e.g.- you get the point)
11 = Ella- (from eleven obv)
13 = Infe- (from infelix, latin for "unfit/unlucky")
17 = Crylli- (from acrylic)
19 = Feri- (from fere ibi, latin for "almost there")
