Could you please explain what's happening in the scene? I have a good understanding of the old style television system (here in the USA) but, except for the satellite, I don't understand what your scene is showing. Thanks.

So there is a blue box on the ground with lenses that sends a message to the satalite which then sends one to the anttene, and then sends a message back to the satalite which uses it's blue box to brodcast to the plase where that box that says CR recieves the beams and converts it into the (very boring) show on the tv
