i'm having an issue with components. when i place a component it vanishes from existence

I don't know what could cause that. My suggestion would be to reset your Algodoo, or download a fresh version of it from the website. See if that fixes it.

I did not spell "make" wrong. It's called a "typo". That happened because I failed to proof-read my text before publishing it. It also happens when I write stuff at 2:00AM when I should be sleeping.

There's also another typo in that text that you missed! See if you could find it.

Is it “ithe”? It’s the second typo (I made a grammar mistake with the word “spelling”, oops 😅)

Another thing, for some reason, sometimes when I undo something, my Algodoo crashes! I just lost my entire project just now, how can I fix this?

Yes, it was “ithe”.

Concerning your "undo" issue.... The only thing I can think of that may be the problem is that you clicked the UNDO button too many times. The first click did the UNDO but then the second click undid loading the entire scene. I know that that's possible because I have accidentally done that on a couple of my own scenes.

Here is what I always do especially when working on a large or complex scene....
Let's say I'm working on a scene I want to call "TESTER". After making any changes or additions I will of course save the scene with the name "TESTER". Also, after I have made 3 or 4 saves with the name TESTER, I will also save the scene with an added 2 after the name. So it will also be saved as TESTER2. That way if something happens that destroys my project under the name TESTER I will always have a backup version with the name TESTER2.

Yeah a fan would be cool, and seeing that one slot not being filled next to the texture tool, maybe there could be a fan tool

Just FYI, it's not at all easy to make Algodoo play sounds. It requires downloading various Python files, and doing a bunch of other things that may be too advanced for some users. It's not simple, but it does work!
