It means Report. You can report a user's comment or a user's scene if you believe that they broke one or more rules. Just keep in mind that the Report feature is not for complaining because you happen to dislike a comment or a scene. It is only if you are quite certain that it's a rules violation.

Just a few examples: 1. A person used profanity (cuss words) in the scene, in the scene description, or in a comment. 2. A person made a nasty comment about race, religion, nationality, or gender. 3. A person uploaded an inappropriate scene that depicts a sexual act, images of genitals, images that insult a person's race, religion, nationality, or gender.

There are many other violations but this will give you some idea about the kinds of things you would report. If the admin (currently me) determines that a rule has been broken, the scene and/or the comment will be deleted and the offender will be dealt with either by a warning or a ban.
