A bot that automatically generates 100% accurate primes through this check:
n = The number that is being tested on
depth = The search depth, higher depth is higher accuracy
Divide n by the first [depth(up to 95)] primes, and if any of those results return an integer, then return FALSE. Otherwise, return TRUE.
-------------
The problem is that:
At numbers very very very high(probably ~80k at depth 50) it starts generating false primes
Results:
Range 0 - 10k at depth 25
100% Accurate(except 1)
Checked - Number of primes found
Range 0 - 100k at depth 50
97% Accurate(except 1)
Checked - Number of primes found
-------------
How to use?
Simple - Set the range you want by changing the text on the boxes, and then set the depth the same way.
(edit): To see it running, press the "RESET" button(or go to the console). Then, when you wanna see the results, press the "STOP" button. To run it again, press the "RESET" button twice.
-------------
may also be laggy

Interesting scene, but either I'm not using it correctly or it doesn't work for some reason. I set the range and depth as instructed but then nothing happens. Where are the results displayed? Also, what is "PBv1"? ...and lastly, what is "Algomatic Computer Systems"?
@Xray I don't know why it wasn't working for you(probably because you don't know HOW to use it), but for your swcond question, PBv1 is well... The thing used to generate primes, and "Algomatic Computer Systems" is well... You know the "PowerPC "Display" 1" I created sometime ago, and it's brand("PowerAura") ? Well, I just renamed that brand. Hope this helps!
CPJhute -- No, it's not because I don't know how to use it! I'm not stupid and I can follow directions. I clicked Run, and then I changed the range to 0-10, and the depth to 5 (I wanted to keep it simple for now). After I did those things, absolutely nothing happened. I don't think your scene works, unless you are leaving something out of the "simple" instructions.

i cant make this thing work either. it does nothying :s
After looking through the Thyme script in the green box, I see that there are "print" statements which means that certain things get printed to the Algodoo console (F10 key). Yup, sure enough.... that's where the results of this prime number finder scene gets written. So, yeah... CPJchute DID leave out one important step in his "simple" instructions!

So, here's ANOTHER part that I left out. Yes, the primes do get printed to the console, but press the "RESET" button and you get to see the primes(However, only the newest print sent to the console shows on that area)

After it finishes, press the "STOP" button to see the results. After that, press the reset button twice to get it working.

If it still doesn't work, please comment on this scene! Hope this helps!(adding this to the description in a sec)
Okay, now things are working. It helps to have ALL the instructions. :)

Now I can focus on playing with primes!
