Detect mouse over object by using collider

Type scene.my.Mouse._Get on console to get entityID of object that the mouse is hovering over

In Script Box:
+ _OnMouseEnter -- call when the mouse enters object
+ _OnMouseOver -- call every tick like postStep
+ _OnMouseExit -- call when the mouse is no longer over object
+ _entity -- entityID of current object that the mouse is hovering over
+ _checkLayer -- select which layers to check
+ _checkRadius -- radius of circle following cursor
+ _checkTick -- check frequency
