Both trucks have issues with their wheels. On the truck on the left (controlled by the a,s, and d keys) it has the brakes on even when not moving! That's because you have the "Brake" checkbox checked on both wheels and so you need to uncheck them. Also, the back wheel appears to be rotating in the wrong direction. That's why you needed to check the "Reverse" checkbox in order to make it rotate correctly. But that's not right! I was able to get it to rotate in the correct direction by removing the wheel and axle from the body, and then place them back on the body again! After you do that you should be able to uncheck the "Reverse" checkbox and it should rotate correctly. The truck on the right has a really lopsided axle. It is off-center causing the wheel to warble while turning. I think you just need to put it back on so that it rotates correctly. After fixing those issues with the wheels, the trucks will move smoothly and properly!
