Now it works. Most Credits to NXDT (I hope thats right ^^)

Controlls are the same
Arrows: Drive
1-5 (Not numpad): Gears

NXDTs' Values:
Scene.my.rpm = [7,16,28,41,60]
scene.my.power = [750,500,350,200,150]
scene.my.gear = 0

I think it MUST work. Works fine for me.
