Here are a few examples of some unusual things that you can do with Algodoo lasers. Let me know in the comments if you need me to explain how any of them work.
.
By the way, I added a spotlight to show a shadow effect, but the image is in daylight, not nighttime. I wanted to say something about it before someone else points it out.

.
Update: Gave Pluto's shadow a little motion so that it looks more realistic as the spotlight sweeps past him.

cool i like the dog
You may be too young to know him but his name is Pluto.
oh yeah i frogot
but really cool!!!
the tail is cool
i also thought you used a script to change gravity instead of mass
Thanks guys!

@
ivylin1288 -- I usually don't mess around with gravity because it affects everything in the scene. I needed a way to affect individual lasers, and so I controlled each laser by dynamically shifting the mass and attraction of individual objects that are close to each laser which makes the beam bend.
It wasn't easy to get some of those lasers to bend exactly the way I wanted them to bend. You are looking at more than a couple of hours of experimenting to get things to look the way I wanted them to look.
I loved the shadow you put to make it look more real when you passed the flashlight
Thanks zaid! :)
