To use the bonds, first make sure
the grid is on, then move the entire spring to the front of the scene.
Next, while the simulation is paused, attach the endpoints of the bond
to two different bond sites (the small circles on each atom). When you
press play, the bond will pull the two atoms together. Check out the examples
