It does work. He simply made a typo.

It could stand a bit more work.
Suspension needs a bit more in the way of dampening and one of the wheel textures isn't centered.

Breakability would be like the icing on the cake.

Good try, hopefully you'll take some of my suggestions and update it.

Set harder springs, increase density of suspension bars.

oh, and do this one the wheels te be able to do higher speed:
select both wheels
goto geometry actions
transform into circle

now it wont bounce around on higher speeds..

ok maby today ill upload one better
