Hi
Here you have improved version of my "train scene" now with 3 locomotives and one carriage.
So:
EU43 - Also known as TRAXX. It's quite fast and powerful - 4 megawatts! It's the newest PKP locomotive.
EU07 - Older locomotive, most common in Poland. It has half the power of EU43 and maximum speed of 125km/h
SM03 - Old, but still used small switching locomotive. Maximum speed was little over 40km/h
Eaos - Coal hopper - very common in Poland hauling coal from Silesia to power plants located far away - eg in Warsaw.
CONTROLS:
EU43: A, S, D (left, parking bake, right)
EU07: Q, W, E (same as above)
SM03: Z, X, C (---//---)
EAOS - numpad 0 - Parking brake
Parking brake is working in "ON-OFF" mode! Try pressing it if your engine is not moving
BRAKES:
3 - Light braking
6 - medium braking
9 - hard braking
You can combine brakes to increase power
OTHER:
I - Pantographs in EU43
O, P - Pantographs in EU07
HOW TO CONNECT UNITS:
Simply slowly drive onto each other - remember to check if couplers pins are lowered - coupling with only one coupler is okay, but it will be only half strong as dual coupling
HOW TO DISCONNECT UNITS:
1)Pause game, grab coupler pin and rotate it above coupler. Leave it only little above coupler to make it jump back to "ready" position after backing up
OR
2) Put 300kg box on a coupler to press both buttons, wait until they are released and back off
FEATURES:
-Multi speed engines - Locos have variable power - For example EU07 will slip wheels when starting, but after accelerating it will gradually (2 steps) reduce it's power before reaching maximum speed. SM03 has only one step (since it's slow) at about 20m/s (ingame)
-Automated coupler - see above
-coal hopper can carry anything - brakes are calculated for 6000kg of load (masses are scaled down by 10x - so it's like 60 tonnes of load) - after that you'll be unable to get full braking power
-Pantographs are working but only as a decoration
-Photorealistic trains
Have FUN!
