Minor update to my simplistic, yet realistic T-72 Tank

Changes
-Tightened the tracks (maybe a little too much :*) )
-Made some of the obstacles smaller to eliminate the suspension bottoming out
-Tweaked the dirt mound at the end of the course to be smoother
-Other minor tweaks I can't remember

I was going to, but I didn't think it was worth the hassle of re-tweaking all the suspension and stuff. It does weigh a lot just not enough... I'll get right on it :)
