Sort of a monochrome CRT. 16x16 pixels, extremely slow because it relies on a laser...

Just for fun, honestly. Uses a stationary beam (would be an electron beam in real life) and two electromagnets to divert the beam, plus two permanent magnets to adjust the beam angle (since it's 2D, it needs them to reach the lower pixels)

The image is in the green box of the USB-drive-ish thing protruding from the side of the beam controller box - it uses one decimal number for each row of pixels, then converts it to 16-bit binary and displays the line. the benefit is that you have only 16 integers to display stuff in the entire display.

Cool concept!
In response to your recent response to my scene, I raised the density of everything I needed to (including the transmission code), but now the density of the engine and such makes it too heavy to carry itself uphill. Anything else I can try? Increasing fuel density just makes the engine more unstable.
