This is nothing special. It's simple, but it isn't weird.
How to reproduce it:

1. create a polygon
2. turn off gravity
3. create a centered hinge
4. set rotation speed to e.g. 400 and activate the motor
5. press play
6.press pause
7. erease the hinge
8. press play

It's probably not that fact that it's spinning that's weird.
The shape is weird and was probably made by accident, so are you.

HOLY $#!+!!!!!!! I just made a square, put a center hinge (strength: +inf, speed: 3000 rpm) and hit play, paused it, made a small block that should have been hit by hit but wasn't, and DRAGGED IT VERY SLOWLY so it touched the spinning square VERY LIGHTLY, and it went...........somewhere else. VERY FAST

How I made it is:

1. Create a box
2. Set density to 0.001 (or 0.0001)
3. Turn off gravity
4. Press play
5. Drag one end of it really hard
6. Set Brush to multi-draw
7. Hold Brush in center of Box
8. Slowly move outword (in this case I did it quickly)

And thats how I did it.
