And he also lives in the Philippines. So, please be honest with me and tell me if you have two user accounts.

Thanks for your honesty. The only "punishment" is we need to correct the error. Since we do not allow more than one user account per person, I will have to ban one of your accounts. I assume that you want your old one banned since you forgot the password and therefore you cannot use it anyway. So, I will go ahead and ban it, and then everything will be Okay from this point on.
