A Common Rail diesel demo engine I've been working on for like a year... Never got around to finishing it, and if I don't upload it soon enough I never will.
Timing might go bad after some time, and it's pretty rough on the edges overall, but it's better than never uploading. Maybe I'll update it later, who knows

W to accelerate. The thruster only starts the engine, after that the engine runs solely on spawn power

v2: minor visual stuff, such as bend springs instead of the normal spring (makes for a prettier spring, since it can go behind the valve). Improved reliability

Very nice graphics! Unfortunately, it runs for only a few seconds after starting Algodoo, and then it slows to a stop. The W key doesn't seem to have any effect.

I can dig it! I have worked on and rebuilt countless diesels, mostly 350 and 400 Cummins. Those are cam operated rail type injectors.

Nice presentation. Works well. I can see that there is a lot of support mechanism that is not being shown. At 559 objects, this is quite an endeavor.

@Xray: Seems you can't run most of my scenes anyways... Did you reset your config after the other one failed too? (I think it was the belt fed mg)

@TheLinkage -- Okay, I reset my config again and now the scene works. This is weird because your scenes are the only ones that I have trouble with! :o I wish I knew what's causing my config file to become corrupted! :s

A: Rename the config.cfg file to oldConfig.cfg and start Algodoo. Algodoo will reset automatically and you can compare the new config.cfg file to oldConfig.cfg. The problem then becomes finding which downloaded scene caused the change. I downloaded your "Flipping Mirrors game", compared config files, and can see new variables beginning with "my.". I don't believe that was causing your problem though.

Nice mod with the closed and ground springs. The springs were the only thing (other than that (1) visible hinge) that I thought could be improved but I didn't say anything because I thought it was nit picking.

I thought I hid that hinge! Also an unsightly counterweight circle popped up now that I moved some things. I'll try to add a timing chain later, fake or real, and i'll fix those minor problems there.
Maybe also an explanation of the cycle if I'm up for it, with scene speed manipulation and stuff. mainly to explain why so much air gets to the exhaust

Looks nice but that is sum weird compression ratio it seems for a diesel.
