Bipedals with weapons.

New:
Health variable actually works now.
Some general fixes, including adding missing tracers and no more raining daggers.
New terrain: Raised arena with spikes and blood
Swordsman, with a helmet and shield with 500 HP each and a single -40 HP sword.

Dagger men have 100HP and -25HP.

As damage is dealt on collision, good hits "collide" with the target
more than once. As such, a good strike will deal much more damage
than a simple graze.

Noted "bugs": When a swordsman falls on the spikes, the sacrifice
invokes the blood god who sweeps EVERYTHING off the scene.
Accidentally ungrouped some objects. The little gold platforms under the terrain are for making sure weapons don't fall from a higher level and hit someone below, so move them with the terrain.
