This time i created a some type of animation that is using kinematic (or something like it). I wasn't able to find best speed of the wheel so it isn't looking too good (that green something is moving to left , but it should stay in the same place , and the hand occures at right side (sorry , I'm not too good in english , so I'm using a translator:/ ).

Anyway , if you find the best speed for wheel write it in comments ::coolgrin:
