I have created a ball that puts a pen on the object that it collides with. For example, if it hits a wall, there will be a pen left on where the ball hit the wall(that rhymed XD).

You should just play the scene to understand it.

BUGS:
Sometimes, the pen will be applied to the ball itself, not the wall that it hit.

Lol, you edited something in your cfg, when I draw a box, or a polygon, the line is black, in the normal phun it's white..
The tracer's fade time is zero seconds...
EDIT: Nevermind...

You could add some thyme to that, and fix the bug.
Use conditional scripting.
In this case, make the paint ball immortal. :angel:

(e)=>{
e.other.immortal ? {} : {
(scene.addpen)({
pos := e.pos;
fadetime := 0.1;
color := [0.96, 0.829, 0.0, 1.0];
size := 0.2
})
}
}

That should prevent the paint ball from hitting itself :)
EDIT: Why didn't that work... If only there was a kill tracer option...
