this is some kind of air simulator.
it is improved version of somebodys thingy (it was tunnel full of balls hinged to background i think)
this one creates and deletes balls so you cant use it to flying without lagging. it cant fly as it has no jet pack or anything and the air simulator needs to be improved.

to hard to control on my part if i could get it off the ground and stay off it would be a great simulater

Add ailerons, knwo your areodynamics, and you can fly. I was able to.dont pull the wing up
pull it down, and when you are about to leave ground, put the wing to the normal position.

to make easier just add geometry controller on the green box thingy and make the hinge on the yellow wing to a higher speed for quick maneuvers/
