1 can any part have the collide with water off
2can you drive under the water
3 can you use custom options like motor speed that is over 600
4 does it have to use the motor option or can you controll it yourself
5 can it fly over the water
6 is the contest judged by the timing, how complicated it is, how good it looks or how well it goes through the water
and finaly when is the ending date of this challange???????????????????????????????????
