Algodoo

Not the most complicated of my three solutions, but it is the most creative and by far the fastest and best-suited to water travel. Does 3.5 m/s on land and 2.9 m/s on water, and actually handles better on water than solid ground. Arrows to drive, crosses in about twenty seconds if driven well. Can flip over backwards if you aren't careful.
