I PUT THE RIGHT PASSWORD (mine doesn't have letters so caps lock doesn't matter), and this error popped up:

'The Group Policy Client has failed.

Access is denied.'

Later my father did some research and it turn out that my account was corrupted. But he didn't find out whatthe heck 'GPC' meant.
