Idea from Sgt.CheeseCake and his Air refueling WIP

AIM MOUSE CURSOR AT FUEL NOZZLE BEFORE STARTING

- Controls:
Mouse - pitch
Up - flaps (toggle, default ON)
Down - airbrake
Right/Left - throttle (45% is enough when refueling)

Notes:
- Everything (throttle, flaps) is ready for connection.
Just point at nozzle to fill (infinite) fuel tank.
- It is hit or miss, if you miss, you have no fuel left, RELOAD!
- More thrust = bigger consumption
- Folow yellow laser to tanker
- Tanker plane is moving up and down 4 metres (bad weather today)
- Did i mention fuel nozzle is smaller? Yeah, fuel have bigger tendency to leak now
