In the onCollide script I put app.undo along with the code to make a circle. Hopefully that answered your question.

@jobro It is named bugs because there are bugs in this scene. If you read the description you would know what they are. <_< Updated with some new bugs.

No, on my computer when you select them and choose transform to square it will leave about 3 or 4 circles untransformed.
