Killer: Cuddles
I'm probably wrong about this, but I think that when Frisk turned into Chara and attacked Cuddles and Yellow, Cuddles was angry about the fact that Frisk (a.k.a Chara) cut Cuddles' leg, and when Cuddles asked Blue to switch places, Cuddles killed Frisk. I honestly don't know how he managed to cut Frisk in to so many pieces, but I think that's what happened.

Also, I noticed a small mistake in the episode. It doesn't have any relevancy to the plot, but when Cyan, Cy-Blu, BlackBot, and I went to the race track, in the results you mentioned Cyan finishing 2nd and 4th, and never showed Sky's position.

Frisk ended up almost killing me (As chara) and chara poisioned the berries nd was hoping one of us would eat them however frisk turned back and ate the cherris herself and died.

Suddenly, Chara came out of Frisk’s body, then put some exploding flour into Frisk’s plate. Once Frisk eats it, then she exploded into pieces. We don’t know has she exploded, so we must investigate.

The killer is CUDDLES! Here's how I know why this time!:

Aah, cute, innocent Cuddles. Always being a bystander to the cases.

Staying outside in Case 1, Being in the movie theater when Tan got poisoned in Case 2, and lastly, sitting right next to the victim in Case 3.

Here's how Cuddles' third murder played out:

So, with two dead, Cuddles wanted more to die. Of course, only he knew of the ways to kill them, as he was smarter than he looked.

He walked in on EC and Yellow to help make the ice cream for the next day. But, while EC and Yellow's backs were turned and they were focused on the ice cream, Cuddles decided on two setbacks, only one lethal setback though.

He put exploding flour on one specific cherry, and he also put ground-up nausea pills inside a completed sundae, obviously, not more than three.

With his trap set, the next day rolled around.

Once everybody sat down, he put the nausea-pill sundae at a random spot, so that only that one person would complain of the nausea. That so happened to be Sky.

But Cuddles' third target was not Sky, but it was Frisk. He wanted revenge for Frisk beating him up the previous day, so he gave a normal sundae to Frisk.

When Frisk asked for a cherry on his sundae, as everybody else's sundaes each had a cherry, Electric Cyan grabbed the only cherry left: The one with the exploding flour. When Cuddles took it away from her, EC thought nothing of it, until Frisk exploded, sending his limbs off his body. Obviously, Frisk ate his cherry first, not even touching the sundae. But then, he exploded. His life was over.

If these murders were the work of you, I will put an end to you.

SImplified explanation: Frisk is now Chara and cut Cuddles leg and cuddles was livid and killed Chara by sitting next to Frisk at the table.

Reason: Yellow just went to the room where Frisk/Chara and Cuddles to ask Frisk. But then, Chara punches him in the face leaving him with a Black Eye, he must've been super mad at Chara because hhe only wanted to talk to him.

He kills Frisk for what he do at him

Cuddles was mad at Frisk for being so disrespectfull to him, so he planned a murder. When me and Electric Cyan were making the ice cream, Cuddles soon joined, taking some flour with him. He removed the top of one of the cherries, and put exploding flour on it. He also put a nausea-pill in one of the sundea's.
The very next day, Cuddles putted the sundea with the nausea-pill and putted it on a random spot, which just so happend to be Sky's. When me and Electric Cyan were giving the cherries, Cuddles asked if he could sit next to Frisk to Blue, and he exepted it. Cuddles picked up the cherry with no top and gave it to Frisk. Later, his plan worked out, as Frisk fell apart, and Sky barfed his ice cream out.
