He Was The Only One In The Pool Before Turquise

I think the killer is Minty Fresh! Here's how I know why:

The first kill of this spree! Great... So, I think once Fancy Guy joined Minty, it was pure murder, as nobody watched, due to everybody either in the mansion or on the race track, it was the perfect opportunity for Minty to murder Fancy Guy! Minty first drowned Fancy Guy, leaving his lifeless body floating in the pool. He then sawed one of Fancy Guy's arms off, and also sawed his body in half, and if the drowning didn't kill him, the loss of blood sure would have! After the murder, Minty got out of the pool, dried off, and disposed of the half of an arm and half of a body along with the saw in a secret area only he could get to.

That was this murder, all wrapped into one response.

What i'm also surprised about is the fact that half of the contestants are a shade of Blue or Green

(Real originality there....)

I think the killer is Minty Fresh.
Minty Fresh and Fancy Guy (our victim) were the only ones that went to the pool before day 2. So, here's what i think that happend.
When Minty Fresh and Fancy guy were sitting in the pool, Minty Fresh first drowned Fancy Guy, which killed him right there, but if he left it like that, the murder whould've been too obvious, so Minty Fresh went to the kitchen to get a knife (Since i and Colourless were watching TV in the living room and no one was walking around in the first floor, nobody would witness him going to the kitchen), and quickly went back to the pool to cut half of his arm of and half of his body, causing Fancy Guy to bleed out, which is also why the water is red. He then took the half of his body and the half of the arm he cut of and left the crime scene (which is why Fancy Guy's legs weren't at the crime scene), along with the knife, washed the blood of of the knife, placed it back in the kitchen, and got rid of the body and arm parts he had.

He was with Fancy guy in the pool and kills him

Reason: Minty freash went in the pool to relax by HIMSELF so when Fancy Guy came in, Minty wanted to kill him so he drowned him and when he died Minty cut half of his body and 1 arm so the pool turn red I guess? Then Minty left with a smile on his face!

Mintyfresh just ripped apart Fancy Guy, but HOW?!

Fancy Guy and Mintyfresh were hanging out at the pool, when suddenly, Mintyfresh becomes annoyed at Fancy Guy, so he decided to kill him. Mintyfresh used his ropes to tighten Fancy Guy, then rips apart and threw Fancy Guy’s legs out of the mansion. Mintyfresh then ran back into the mansion to act like nothing happened...

Reason: He was the only person that Fancy Guy has hanged

Reason: Fancy guy may have confused him for someone else while at the pool, and thus became Minty fresh's "enemy". Minty fresh erupted in a fit of rage and rips apart Fancy guy's body and leaves half of his body and one and a half of his arms behind.

Fancy guy almost drowned because of mf so he deccided to finish the job by drowning fancy guy and sslicing most limbs off
(Great so now if cyan dies everyone is gonna suspect me)

reason-honestly I think it was just because fancy confused him as someone else and minty snapped
he tore his body and disposed the evidence. unfortunately, he didn't dispose enough.
