A motorless design utilizing gravitational force to make the wheels spin in an effort to counter balance the weight being placed off-centered. The small weighted wheel is placed on the green rim of large wheel. The small wheel is displaced by a caluclated angle and postion of the lever with respect to the axel of the small wheel. PLEASE SLIGHTLY ROTATE THE BIG WHEEL CLOCKWISE IF IT IS STATIC. The same system can be used to run small magnetic generators to charge batteries with the help of buck boosters and then to run inverters, thus providing off-grid electric power solution.
