If 2 "countries" are the same color, they are the same. The "countries" you are referring to are provinces. Also I think these will be the best:

Nunavut > Greenland
More attacks between North and South America
More attacks between Oceania and Indonesia

The only 1 I am thinking of implementing is the New Caledonia one. They can get Papua New Guinea but cannot get attacked themselves.

Well they can use boats and ships and please make new ones:
Taiwan to Taipei
Halp up Korea to make North and South Korea
Half British Isles to make UK and Ireland
Add Hawaii
Make a small island in China and name it to Hong Kong
