Reason: Navy is Blue?'s enemy so it's kinda points to him. But it's also because of all the people still alive, Navy and Baby Sky are the only two that have the rooms that are closest to Blue?'s room but Baby Sky is only a kid so I am 75% sure he wouldn't kill 7 people.

Suspect(s): Blue?

He committed suicide. He was scared so he did it. In his room, he locked the door and wrote a note that says he's sorry. And then he shot himself in the chest and the bullet ricocheted off the lamp so it fell too.

Its Navy hes the only one who is Blue? enemy. First he use Silence gun and shoot Blue? neck (i think) and he write some notes. And then he use paints that we looks like a blood. And he accidently make the lamp fell when he tried hide his gun.
