This time responding to the right scene...

I built a draw bridge just for the Phun of it.

Up Arrow - Open Bridge
Down Arrow - Close Bridge

The Bridge is actually balanced with the counterweights so the motors (located on top of the suspension bars) only need 0.1 Power to open and close the bridge.
