I actually feel like it's blue red cyan or orange
In episode 2 when black died red said "Let's do this" I feel like Red Took blacks old tophat and gave him the other so blue could have it so then some people could think he is also pretty suspisous by the fact that Red was in the begining in two episodes in a row
Cyan and orange have been in every episode also when yellow died Blue and Orange was close by yellow when she died also there was noone infront of them, if there was they would have known. Cyan doesn't have much of a problem but orange has a big one
Last is Blue, Blue could have killed yellow while orange wasn't paying attention also Blue could have lied about the tophat and he did steal it from black and killed black while at it,
I feel like it's mostly Blue or Orange

if the top hat of Blue is red, what Black's top hat usually was, i think it's possible for Blue to wear a disguise of Black and for Black to wear a disguise of Blue
