1. when you press play the box dosent slowly go up it just stays there then dies then some names die then the ground dies likes theres some invisible killer block

Likes are important. At this stage of the game, if you get even 1 dislike, you're out. After each round, the color in the bottom tenth percent in points is eliminated. The likes help later when you could be eliminated with positive points.
