Algodoo

A further development of my latest generation V2 engine
designed to work well at any speed and could rev up to above 80 rad/s (rev limitied)
Can accelerate from idle to full speed in a second without knocking or misfire (if you could call it like that in algodoo universe)

In the scene there is a "load" you can toggle off/on, so you can let the engine work harder

Extra windows in scene for the fan (if you want to hide it, but you could just delete it completely), Engine color and throttle reaction speed (mostly to slow it down so you can easily toggle throttle at different speeds)

1 - rev
2 - toggle ignition
5 - toggle information window
left - throttle
up - toggle load
down - toggle throttle position (useless when idling)

tested at 480 Hz with 100% realtime
