I think you cheated you can't pick the box up yourself your machine must do that.

The box has no handle or anything, so if that wouldn't be allowed the stupidly hard part of the contest is not the transport but just to pick it up.

There are ways to pick it up. It's not impossible. Makes it a good challenge, actually.

Frank, your design is very interesting (and complex), but the contest should really be called "pick up a bucket of water that has no handle". If you succeed doing that the transport will be a piece of cake..
