Algodoo

Put together a flyer that sucks up the liquid and spits it back out on command. Could also accept water dumped from above.

UP to run the fans, LEFT and RIGHT to turn them left and right. Sucks automatically, hold D to drop your load.

Water`s weird on my computer, so there is none included, but the bucket is supposed to be full and the point of the contest is to dump it in the pit after the rough ground and ramp without spilling anything.
