I`ve quickly mashed together a badly built wooden house with (some) furniture for you to destroy and do whatever you want with:D
It`s fully destructable including the furniture, and although there`s not much deco, you can tell i`m the sorta guy who just luuurves interior design:P ...:lol: (navy sofas are a sign of good taste, especially with green lamps)

how did you make it so the hinges dissapear when under a certain pressure? when i rebuild it exactly the same 2 parts will never break appart.

If you right-click on a hinge you will find 'impulse break limit' in the menu.
Just set it to what force you want the hinge to break under
