This is the Kirov aircraft from Red Alert 3

up and down to raise and lower airship
left and right to move left/right
left_shift & left fires minigun and brakes wheels that move airship
left_shift up raises minigun & stops moving airship upwards
left_shift down lowers minigun & stops moving airship downwards
1-4 drop bombs

Note: save bombs for soldiers instead of tanks, it works better, :{
