Here is a way to spin a windmill with Algodoo wind!

UPDATE: Version 2.0, added wind gusts! Now the wind isn't perfectly steady, but has a slight gust. It's more natural!

Hey Xray, if there isn't any "trick" and it works just due to the wind - Then you are a true Genius! =)
There's a trick, you cheated with thyme.
=(
No tricks. I just made use of what was available. It's not perfect, but it does work! :)
=)
Xray, Have you seen my save "gravity swich help" If not, please help me on that, If so, Why didnt you comment or anything on it? :?
Btw :? should be that confused emoji you can make on the forums.
Just came acrost a revelation... Maby i could use scene.my to do things like that. Maby a circle on a hinge that has gravity follows object rotation and use scene.my to directly change that rotation. And thusly gravity. Either that or a mechinism where it spawns a shape and falls on gears that then somehow rotate it at insane speed and make it stop on a dime.
MoBuilds - First of all, you need to understand a few things about Algobox. When you post a scene asking for help, NO ONE (including me) is under any kind of obligation to help you! You might get help and you might not. That's just how it is.

If you recall, I have helped you MANY times on many of your past scenes. Do you remember now? But just because I've helped you many times, that does not mean that I'm going to help you EVERY time. There are other talented people on Algobox who are capable of helping you, but maybe they just don't feel like helping you for some reason. Maybe they feel that you ask for help too many times! That might be the case because you have asked for help on just about every scene that you've posted recently. Instead of asking for people to hold your hand or to do all the hard work for you, why don't you learn more about Algodoo and Thyme scripting so that you can eventually do things for yourself instead of bothering other people? Try to lean about those things just like others have, and then you may someday be the person who other call upon to help them!
OK then... Do you realize that that save is scripting... I dont know scripting well... Soo theres thaat. Anywho I get that iv been asking for help too many times, You do realize however this might be leading up to something. Right?
Also, if i read the save names correctly, on the first page of my scenes, There are only 2 help saves. This one, And a bomb help one. So i dont think just a couple saves could be considered "Asking for help too much" While yes they are in quick succession, They are mostly unrelated, And generally speaking... Im sure theres a person out there thats asked for help many more times than i have in the same general time frame.
Also, keep in mind that the bomb help one would be MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH easier to pull off than this one. Why? It doesnt involve insanely complex scripting things, while this one does, And for that matter its already been solved to a person thats just not... Well you. So when I think about things like that, I tend to lean toward the realization "2 help scenes in one page, One of wich was solved by someone really easily, like helping on an every day thing, Than this save comes out, (the second one) And then a guy who didnt solve the previous one, comes out and says that iv been posting too many... Just two... And he hasnt helped on neither of them, one of them he might help... Logic?)
Nvm. After viewing and double checking my scenes, I found that I do have to many help saves. Alot of wich are exessories on another wich i either found no answer or the answer was rather abstract/hard to do/impracticle. And i noticed iv been asking help about alot of things that... I cant really fix in any way. But THIS help save is particularly special, It should be possible too do, and it involves scripting wich I have absolutly NO IDEA about.
MoBuilds -- I don't mean to offend you in any way. It's just after I read your comment, "Xray, Have you seen my save "gravity swich help" If not, please help me on that, If so, Why didnt you comment or anything on it? :?" it sounded to me like you expected me to comment on your scene as if I were obligated to. That is why I said what I said. Some people ask for help 10 or 15 times before someone finally helps them (or maybe not at all!). I try to help people when I can but only when I have time and only when they ask in a respectful manner, without demanding anything.

I will be happy to help you at times, but it won't be every time you ask! :)
Ok. And what i was saying wasnt a demand, Too me at least, It was a simple question and statement.
OK, we good!
:)
