In 24 hours, a meteor will collide with the planet, causing it to detonate and destroying all life on it. Can you build a contraption to save the planet from this doom?

DETAILS
* The meteor has a mass of 70 kg and begins ~575 m above the planet, moving at 25 m/s.
* Both the planet and the meteor are "sponges", created using the sponge tool.
* The planet has a axle break limit of 5.5 Ns. The meteor has a break limit of 3.0 Ns. Upon the breaking of any hinges in either body, a cascade effect begins which causes the entire body to detonate.

CHALLENGES
The following are some constraints you can put on yourself to make the challenge of saving the planet harder.
* Low Budget - Use no more than 20 kg of material when building.
* Poor Infrastructure - Build no more than twelve metres above the ground.
* No Engineers - Use no fixates, springs, thrusters, or lasers. Have all axles have a break limit of 3.0 Ns or less.
* Space Settlement - Destroy the planet, and land a structure on the intact asteroid.
* ARM - Deflect the asteroid away from the planet intact.
* ARM II - Return the asteroid intact to the surface of the planet.
