Tested, it gave 34 hp @ 65 rad/s. Also, you should stabilize the pistons because they fly around everywhere :/

No, what I mean is the pistons rotate in their cylinders and sometimes even turn sideways. I had no issues with direct solvers though.

A quick fix, take the hingeconstant axles, give them a brake and +inf torque. That should fix it.
